I love to bring the outdoors inside, especially flowers. In New England, the flower season is short, but divine! Dahlias are a family favorite, and last year I visited my father-in-law's garden to photograph the spectacular array of blossoms. I had a hunch a textile design would emerge, and indeed it has!
